January 1, 2014 - Pleasant, with nice red berries in the forefront and a savory finish. Medium bodied, with medium (+) tannins. Alcohol is medium at 13.5%. This is more balanced, restrained and food friendly than a California Zinfandel of the same price.

October 29, 2013 - There are some savory notes on the nose and palate, and while not complex, a decent level of acidity makes the wine better than just serviceable especially with cheesy tomato dishes.

March 22, 2013 - Dark purple colour. Pretty volatile on the nose, with vinegar, dust, nail polish remover, with some blackberry and red fruit underneath.
More vinegar on the palate, citric acid and blackberry. Some herbs. Short length and you're pretty happy when it's over.
Was one of the guys at work favourite wines. Oh well. -

Smaak komt overeen met de neus, met sappige zuren en licht drogende taninnes.
