December 23, 2016 - Very enjoyable. I drank this within 3 days of receiving the overseas shipment, so not ideal conditions, yet this wine needs no excuse making....it's ripe, complex and bright.
It sports a generous bouquet of roses, plums and raspberries and you get a mouthful of cherry, gamey meat, minerals and a touch of iron. It's seems a bit paradoxical that you get so much out of a light-medium bodied wine, but it's all in there.
