August 22, 2014 - Still enjoyable, but definitely past it prime. No longer has the acidity and fruit of its youth, and not sufficiently complex in its secondary or tertiary development to be of much interest. Still, the slight apricot and petrol in the nose makes it enjoyable. Mouthfeel is heavier than more northern kabinetts, but typical for the Pfalz.
