June 7, 2012 - Simple Hedonisms Rosé Panel; 5/1/2012-8/5/2012: The first wine I have had from Minassian Young Vineyards: do need to try more. Great website and stated philosophies.

Previous vintages are called a 'grenache' rose' - since this is 65% Grenache and 34% Cinsault, I input it as a blend.
    13.3% alc

To The Eye: light-medium pink color.
On The Nose: was a bit funky when first opened (tad high sulfur?) but with in a few minutes blew off. One now gets ripe red fruit, strawberry.
In the Mouth; watermelon, apple, red fruit.
