Community Tasting Notes 2

December 27, 2017 - Opened two bottles, one that had been accessed by Coravin months earlier. Both tasted identical. Golden yellow, surprisingly dark for a white burgundy. Steel minerality with some citrus and stone fruit. Balanced, some complexity. Nice wine.

May 13, 2015 - Not sure but suspect the beginnings of premox. Apple cider nose with underlying minerality. On taste it was nice - good citrus and mineral flavours with a medium finish. Cider nose though. Color was still light so I am not sure if the apple cider aromas were just characteristic of the wine or is it flawed. My guess beginning of premox.
