January 25, 2024 - Color is medium golden. On the nose: Honey, honeysuckle, white flowers, butterscotch and soft lemon. On the palate: Marzipan, honey, petrol, a bit of paraffin, apricot and Orange marmalade. The wine is hedonistic and superb. I put it as one of the best whites I have ever tasted. I don’t think it’s a taste all will like but if you’re a Rhone white fan then you will love it. I am repeating myself but I treasure letting my Rhone whites age and seeing how they evolve. Some of my best experiences are Rhone whites with age.
