December 24, 2014 - An American in South Africa. A joint project between SA and US winemakers. Young and took its time to develop and show charm. Decanting is needed at this stage , a lot of it, but better one waits 5yrs before going for it. Ripe and concentrated wine, good amount of oak but not sweet. Violets, dark fruits on the nose. Firm tannin and good acidity. Interesting wine but blind we would have said Napa red. 91 for now but with good promise for the future.

September 6, 2013 - White Club @ CLOUDS (Clouds restaurant, Zurich): Banana, nice restrained oak and roast aromas, very elegant!
