December 18, 2022 - Fairly similar to last bottle with VA a little more noticeable, but without pickle element, this time. Still very enjoyable; oak element on finish detracts a little.

December 20, 2020 - First bottle out of a case.
The color of this wine tells quite a bit.
Supposedly 11 years of aging in oak.
Very extractive and evolved character to this wine.
The nose is not clean but how could it be given the winemaking process?
I agree with the pickle element on the nose. The combination of pickle and raisin is quite unique..
The nose has plenty of complexity with intriguing nose suggesting an Indian spice market.
The palate is quite rich; comparable to a very sweet Tokaji.
Probably best enjoyed on its own as it's so overwhelming.
Interesting tasting experience. Cork allowing, this should change very little over time. -

April 11, 2019 - DnP. Dark chestnut brown, yellow edge, 5.5. Sweet raisin like nose. Very intense palate, high acidity, raisins, dried fruits,long intense finish. Drink now-2050

January 15, 2018 - Vin ramené de la Grèce l'an dernier.
C'est couleur vieux madère.C'est foncé et opaque.
C'est très visqueux ,sirupeux et mélasseux.
Sur le miel,mélasse et les noix de macadam.
Un petit verre et tu en as assez.
Petite déception quand même.
Argyros le fait mieux .
