  September 19, 2014 - Green olive-like oily bite. Slight meaty reductive nose. Nice acidity. Citrus nose, citrus innerskin bitterness. Lightly honeyed. Well made and unique.

  February 4, 2014 - Very unique. Orange blossoms in the aromatics with only moderate acidity, good body and a more muscat flavor profile (honey & citrus). Short on the finish.
  Would be great with duck or turkey.
  
  This is one of those wines that I would like to try under a screw cap.

  August 18, 2013 - Popped and poured at fridge temp. Very expressive on the nose, lots of nettles, green grass and lemons, with a nice minerally component. The wine is very tasty as well, good acidity, lots of citrusy and green appley tastes, quite rich too. A very nice wine from an exotic grape variety.
