Most excellent with our lamb shawarma sandwiches from Mamoun's (Princeton, NJ), which completely improved the wine. About 86 points without the shawarma. The wine especially seems to like the fat in the shawarma, as it wasn't as good with the lamb kafta kebab.
Drink now. Very good QPR for our $10.49 / bottle purchase price. -

January 17, 2016 - Cherries, leather and olives on the nose. Medium bodied with well balanced fruit and smooth mouth feel.

October 17, 2015 - Awful wine. No body or fruit. Like a cheap pub wine. Had half a glass immediately and then other half an hour later. Rest of the bottle down the sink.
