  January 22, 2019 - Delicious. Medium bodied. controlled fruit; prominent black currant notes. Just opened so still a little tight but lip smacking good with a decently long finish. Should have bought more.

  June 11, 2017 - Score based on QPR. Purchased for $22.00 in 2012. Deep black Cabernet Sauvignon fruit, earth and a bit of barnyard from Cab Franc (said to be 4% but tasted like more). Fruity and fragrant, well worth the cellar time. Will buy more.

  January 2, 2017 - Decanted 2 hours, no sediment. Even so, took some time and swirling to open in the glass. Deep, dark fruit, good balance of fruit, acid and tannin. A very good wine for the price.

  November 8, 2014 - Great food wine. Big flavor but very smooth. Elegant for a wine at this price point. Great with a steak and holds up well to bold flavors. Got better over the 1.5 hours it was open.
