March 8, 2020 - Soft notes of red berries, light bodied. Short finish. Drinking nice but all in all a little one dimensional.

March 14, 2013 - Tasmanian Wine Tasting 2013 (Oak Barrel, Elizabeth Street, Sydney): Aromas of cedar, cream and vanilla over slight strawberry. In the mouth the wine has flavours of strawberry, slight bitterness and the tannic grip is intrusive. Fruit seems to drop off quite quickly and the palate is a bit tough. Needs time to meld but the fruit dropping off so quickly is a serious concern with regard to aging.

August 29, 2012 - Regionality of Tasmanian Pinot Noir (Restaurant Arris, Cleveland Street, Sydney): Colour: pale ruby
Nose: Concentrated red fruit, perfume, cedar, slight chocolate, leather and herbal notes – almost tobacco leaf
Mouth: concentrated red fruit, vanilla, spice, herbal, slightly astringent and green on the finish that also has alcohol heat.
    Nah.
