  October 27, 2014 - The wine is clear and bright with a deep lemon colour and presence of legs. The nose is clean and developing, showing pronounced intensity aromas of dry roses, honey, lychees, dry peaches and smoked bacon. The wine is medium-sweet in the mouth with a low acidity. It has a medium(+) alcohol and a medium(+) body. It has medium(+) intensity flavours of dry roses, honey, lychees, dry peaches and smoked bacon. The finish is long.
  
  It is a very good quality wine. It has a lingering finish and a nice flavour concentration. It also shows clearly the typicity of an Alsatian Gewürztraminer however it comes out flabby, so much residual sugar and flavour concentration needs a bit more of acidity to be balanced. Can drink now, but it has enough fruit concentration to develop some more tertiary aromas over the next 2-3 years.

  December 24, 2013 - bu trop tot mais déja un bouquet complexe, fruits exotique, epices en bouche le vin est vif, tres équilibré sucre/acidité, sans lourdeur sur des notes de fruits exotiques en sirop avec encore des épices, une pointe de muscade ? belle longueur qui ne s'affaise pas. Une très belle bouteille en devenir
