February 6, 2015 - Big, deep wine. Aeration made almost no difference, but after about a half-hour in the glass it began to open up with bright cherry flavors.

March 22, 2014 - Incredibly tight, even after aeration. Will be interesting to see how it develops with age. Went incredibly well with Havarti Dill.
