May 3, 2013 - :-9 Prøver igjen etter positiv erfaring med å lufte Bruno Giacosa sin 2010 barbera. Flott frukt på nesen i Zalto universal, litt mørkt i bakgrunnen. Spinkel/elegant smak, spent på lufting. Åpner opp fine florale overtoner etter 1 time i glasset. Til pizza: Elegant. 4 timer i åpen flake fungerte godt, 4 timer i karaffel ble for mye. Nydelig elegant frukt med fine florale toner av blomster og høy. 2 dager i åpen flaske. Rester til NpN og nymøblert stue: rikere på smak i dag
