October 28, 2018 - Colour shows evidence of aging. On the nose the dried fruits are there along with aging aromas (wet leaves ). On the palate is gentle and rounded but tannins are still evident . Body is medium and balanced. Oak really well integrated.Acidity is out of balance making the whole a bit tart. I enjoyed it with lamb which smoothed out the tartness and it made a perfect combination. If in your cellar i think it is better not to wait anymore and drink it!

January 31, 2015 - The wine looks ruby colored. It smells like raisin, prune and cinnamon.
It tastes like cherry and blackberry. The body is full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

February 21, 2014 - Wines of the Mediterranean: Plum, licorice, charcoal, blackcurrant, some blood and oak as well. Palate is fairly held back, though there is a streak of dark sweet fruit alongside the more earthy savoury elements. Has decent structure to it. Medium length.

October 22, 2012 - Restaurant purchase with little decanting.
Nose opes up slowly, quite a bit of oak at this stage and light herby, little fruit on the background. The palate feels a bit on the oaky side and with dry tannin, green fruit in general and on the disappointing side. Not a typical MAgico Vouno which is a wine of quality. Maybe a vintage to avoid. 87

June 29, 2012 - Typical Cabernet nose with cedar and herbaceouss notes along the somewhat dried fruit. Oak is still evident, it is not fully integrated and not completely new. Also an earthy and balsamic character remininscent of Tuscany. Medium bodied wine with flavor of medium intensity. Fruit is a little unripe as are the tannins and it lacks the concentration to merit a higher score.
