February 14, 2024 - Deep gold. Moderate to powerful aromas of dried fig, marmalade, almond, caramel, with a hint of baking spice. Warm spread of sour orange on the palate, medium plus acids, low alcohol, very long finish.

September 4, 2023 - Nutty, oxidised notes on the nose. In the mouth still quite rich with some sherry flavours, good acidity and grip. Evolving nicely.

March 27, 2022 - Pale gold. Pronounced sherried notes on the nose with dusty soil tones and dried apricots. Very clean light lemony fruit on the palate, high acids, light body, medium finish. 12.5% alcohol. Very strict and pure. [On the second night I detected a faint corked note.]

November 2, 2021 - Struggling to understand this wine. Definately some oxidation and hints of sherry but tastes thin to me. Some have said good things and I am told that these have very long lives so hoping more time in my cellar transforms. I agree with other notes that this tastes like sour cider right now. No rating at this time.
