    February 5, 2021 - About as expected from a lesser year at 50 years old. Acid dominates by a little, but the wine is true to character. Lasted about 20 minutes & then oxidized rapidly, becoming unpleasant. However, those were 20 minutes of quite enjoyable very old Barolo with 10 week dry aged ribeye off the grill.
