April 30, 2012 - Aging incredibly well. Perfectly heavy toast with fantastic fruit still in mid-palate. Much less crisp and bright than a newer J. Schram, but beautiful in its age. Great with potato, apple, truffle soup.

January 15, 2012 - yellow in color, aromas of yeast, citrus and some apple. lots of bubbles with a nice mousse. Lots of biscuit and a yeastiness with some apple and a candied lemon. Acid is low but a very enjoyable sparkler.
