Slight cherry fig finish that is enticing you to drink more
As it opens chalk turns into more dirt and earth
I feel it would go well with white pasta sauces -

June 2, 2016 - Purple. Floral nose with dark fruit and baking spices. Nice tannic grip and fresh acidity. Great with food, pairing nicely with pasta. 13.5% abv.
