Community Tasting Notes 3

May 30, 2014 - A bit rounder and a bit less oak compared to last time. Really nice.

November 10, 2013 - NOSE: Spices, juicy red fruits, strawberry, some oak.

TASTE: Light body with firm acidity, light fruits, spices (cinnamon, vanlilla). A slightly disturbing feeling that a large proportion of the notes comes from the oak. Short aftertaste. Light and very drinkable.

The only thing I can imagine becoming better is for the oak notes to step down a notch. Might be worth waiting a couple of years for but I don't think it will be a very significant change.

July 1, 2012 - Quite lactic, primary, very good balance and intensity, deep minerality, very well integrated toasty oak. Good wine, should develop well over the next 4 - 6 years.
