October 8, 2021 - Cantalupo Aged Nebbiolo Masters (NY Vintners): First bottle of this was unfortunately corked (quick to see), but the make-up bottle was anything but. Slightly different than some of the other wines. Fresh here and then there’s kindof a candied style to it and a bit more spice and black fruits and then a lot of body and just generally a very young wine.

October 25, 2020 - Dekantert pga mye bunnfall. Moden nese med tobakk, høstløv, sopp og tjære. Pen indre fruktsødme med kirsebær og balsamiske jordbær. Helt perfekt nå for min gane, tanninene er slipt ned til et behagelig nivå og har den ønskede modningen. Holdt bra til langkokt kjøtt med potetmos.

March 14, 2019 - Åpner veldig flott med tertiæraroma av sopp, høstløv, krydderkake, tørkede roser og tjære.
Fyldig i munn, lakris, og syltede kirsebær. Ganske fast fortsatt med en finkornet tanninstruktur og en syrlig bærpreget avslutning. Helt fin å drikke nå, men vil sikkert utvikle seg positivt i flere år fremover. Perfekt flaske, fin match til steinsopprisotto med kylling og svart trøffel. -

November 18, 2018 - Mint, roses, red fruit on the nose. Still harsh tannin and very good acidity. Classic in style. A very good wine that needs another 20 years. Very long finish with some heat.

May 12, 2018 - Parfymert, tobakk, rødbær, tobakk, sopp. Mye tobakk og røyk. Pinotaktig aroma, men for mye alkohol. Jeg fant ikke den italienske teksturen i denne og tippet til slutt Grenache. 90
