Community Tasting Notes 3

October 20, 2012 - Cherry cough syrup with salmon hues and lite in the glass. Nose of cherry drops, fennel and Sprite. Lite body and dry with the nose redux on the palate. Juicy cherry. Short finish. Simple and uninspired.

August 5, 2012 - This is yummy and a great 15.00 bottle of Rose. Saignee gives it a depth and richness, but great acidity and citrus creates good balance. Finish a little short, but great mid-palate flavor.

June 22, 2012 - Really liked this rose, which is suprising as I usually don't prefer saignee rose's. No detailed noted but light, dry, and fresh. Just what summer calls for. Will probably be getting more of this. Natural cork; 13% abv.
