  October 19, 2013 - very nice. hints of dark chocolate and earthy aromas. beautiful summer flowers, resolved tannins, so smooth. loved this wine.

  December 18, 2010 - 4th Saturday group "uptown" tasting (Joe P's): Garnet color. Aromas of sous bois, iron and tobacco. Terrific red fruit tones on the palate. Balanced, with loads of fruit and a nice, medium/long finish.

  March 14, 2008 - Had a 375ml bottle and it has probably just passed it's window. Really nice nose of menthol, licorice and vanilla. Light tannins with vanilla, and chocolate. Meduim finish. Drink up

  August 19, 2006 - Relaxed nose with a little spice, chocolate and mint on the palate. supple tannins, good mouthfeel. Overall very nice.

  December 25, 2005 - First of all, why didn't I buy all of this at $2? A no-brainer. Deep color. Medium tannins. A touch of vanilla in the nose. Nice medley of black fruits, mocha and tobacco flavors.
