September 17, 2013 - TasteLive #Touraine: Setting the International Standard for Sauvignon Blanc (TasteLive.com): (12.5%) 100% Sauvignon Blanc – Tight mineral core with lemon, citrus edges. Crisp and dry with nice acidity and loads of white pepper spice that linger all the way through a clean, lasting, persistent finish. Plenty of structure here but perhaps a bit lean and short on fruit. While a nice wine there were others from this tasting I preferred at the same price point.
