August 30, 2015 - Appearance: Clear wine with a deep lemon colour and golden reflections.
Nose: Clean nose with a Medium intensity. This wine is developing.
Screaming Chardonnay from the first sniff, this wine is in a good place at the moment. Creaminess blends in well with baking spices and toasted french oak. Whilst not particularly fruit driven, this wine has pleasing tones of baked golden apple, peach and dried pineapple.

Lemon is vibrant on the palate, something potentially masked by the malolactic fermentation on the nose. A rounded, smooth wine with golden apple and a lengthy creaminess, the main downside with this wine is the lack of complexity and that the alcohol is just a touch too high making it unbalanced. Nonetheless, a pleasant wine and a good expression of Chardonnay from Spains smallest DO.
Good quality Chardonnay. Can be drank now but could also be held for another 1-3 years. At 11-13 euros a bottle with good value for money.
