January 17, 2021 - Air it a bit, it's goofy on opening. On day two it was more Cab-y and whole. Still has that brett, earth, green, but richer. Had an oddness and mocha quality on opening that didn't fit the wine.
Should be fine for a while, but really lovely now. -
