Community Tasting Notes 1

November 26, 2007 - Medium gold. Mature aromas of lanolin, honey, dried apricot & flowers, citrus rind, woodsy mushroom. Hint of RS that gives it roundsness, plenty of malic acidity, rich creamy mid-palate with apple and citrus on the fresh finish. Medium length. Very good, perhaps still lacking some secondary aromas but maybe not quite the length I'd like or hope for.
