December 24, 2018 - Scharffenberger Bruts are so underrated. This Rosé has such a crisp and seamless personality. Raspberries, orange citrus, shortbread, and a whiff of baking spices rise from the glass. Vivid, focused, and harmonious in the mouth, it displays a refreshing bead and an energetic finish. Great QPR. 89+

August 11, 2018 - Seymour Wine Club Meeting 8/11/18 (Home of the Slywka's): Tasted blind. Nose wasn't giving up much. All I was really getting was strawberry. The palate made up for it though with flavors of strawberry, raspberry and lime. Ended with a rather short finish and seemed to loose it's bubbles quite quickly although I did not receive a huge pour. A nice easy drinking wine but just shy on complexity. This wine finished tied for 2nd and I gave it 89 points.

August 20, 2017 - Talula's Table (kennett square, pa): A bit clunky, with coarse mousse. Strawberry, rhubarb, good acid, some yeasty notes. Perfectly drinkable and refreshing, but not memorable.

August 19, 2017 - On the nose- strawberry rhubarb pie, fresh cherries, nice minerality almost a fresh sea breeze

On the palate- strawberry rhubarb pie, fresh cherries, nice minerality with a fresh sea breeze of acidity that mixes with an almost creamy mouthfell, just a really solid bottle of bubbles for the price point
