February 25, 2007 - Still very young. Robust tannins, with bog, full fruit. Did not decant, but let first glass pour sit for 30 minutes. 1st glass was still too tight to enjoy. Later glasses exceeded expectation as wine came to room temp and opened. Finish is long and a tad dry. Mouth feel is outstanding through and through. I'd allow this vintage to mature for 4 or more years before opening my next.

December 16, 2006 - This was poured at a retailer tasting today. Very impressed. Fresh tasting with a deep core of fruit. Notes of ripe berries. 91-92 points.
