April 18, 2004 - Made of Pinot Blanc and Pinot de Savoie, this is crisp, light and refreshing wine, suitable as a "salad wine" as some commented or as an aperitif. Very pale straw colour, fresh aromas of nutmeg, white flowers and celery. On the palate is it slightly spritzy, with very fine acidity. Very nice.
