April 2, 2022 - Pop n pour. Now 5h after opening. Lovely aroma of honeysuckle, nuts, minerals, ripe apples, a bit of bitter pith, herbs. Palate w just ripe gala apples, honeysuckle, minerals, nuts, herbs, and just a bit of mushrooms. Light-medium body. Excellent acids. Creamy mouthfeel. Moderately long finish.

June 28, 2020 - Still doing great with crisp back-end acidity framing a boatload of minerality.

    February 11, 2020 - Single blind tasting.
    Pale straw color
Medium aromatics of mineral with secondary herbs
Medium palate of salt, rocks with secondary of petrol/smoke. Medium + acidity (total mouth moving to teeth)
    Long length, creamy mouthfeel
    Beautiful Muscadet

February 4, 2020 - Light lemon color - crystal clear
Medium aromas of citrus and cream with underlying grass and tarragon with time - almost SB like - fantastic underlying flinty minerality wraps all of these complex aromas - continues to unfold in the glass and each sip gets better and better
Medium palate of lush/ creamy citrus and green herbs with saline/ minerality
Medium plus jagged acidity and great length
This is drinking just wonderfully now but could prob benefit from more time in the cellar - showing no signs of age presently

    March 24, 2019 - Tasted over 4 hrs
    -translucent pale nearly colorless grey-yellow
    -delicate honeyed wet stone
-tangy med acidity, light weight clean gentle citrus mineral, finishes long with a sappy saline residue and a faintly oxidized mature note
    -drinking very well now
