December 4, 2019 - 6th of 6 bottles, and the best one thus far. Crazy QPR on this bottling at $13.50 USD.
This wine shows off soil driven aromas and flavors in front of the bright red fruits.
Barnyard, wet earth, camphor, black cherry and raspberry.
A hint of black pepper, with a dose of acidity to beautifully rein in the palate and refresh the senses.
Just brilliant for the price, a case purchase in the future for me.

January 10, 2019 - This was really nice for my palate, pure brambly and lithe fruit with no bell pepper. Great food wine, and while not the longest finish it's far from vapid. Will buy again for sure. Anyone with a bias towards rustic old world casusally delicious wines will dig this.

November 2, 2018 - Simple and varietally correct Cab Franc. By the 3rd day, it had turned the corner a bit. Still consumed it. Drink now through 2018+.

October 4, 2018 - With some additional air this fleshes out into a pretty tasty beverage. It is still pretty green and lean, with dry soft dark plum and red cherry fruit, just on the right side of ripeness, but for sure tastes "cool climate". A little cheesy funk on the nose adds some interest. Overall pretty nice, and different, and for the money pretty good.

December 17, 2017 - Bottle has been opened 2 days in the cellar. Bright cherry fruit and wet dirt. This is all Cab Franc, it is so drinkable, quite delicious, a really good food wine.
