  July 14, 2015 - Medium bodied with a citrus orange peel taste mid palate. Low minerality, no noticeable oak. Unremarkable do not purchase again.

  September 17, 2014 - Bought it at the winery 2 years ago and brought it back to the East Coast. Shared today with friends to celebrate my birthday treat. Well, Happy Birthday to me! It was very enjoyable. We were chatting more than analyzing, so I do not have a detailed description to share - and mine are not worth much anyway. I would say, nice ripe fruit, well balanced acidity, above average finish wrt quality and length. Very pleased.

  March 4, 2013 - Not drinking quite as well as the 08 was. However, to be fair the 08 had sat for a year in bottle. Uncorked to a darker stain on the cork than the 08 from what I can remember. The nose was assuredly more acidic. The nose showed a lot of alcoholic red cherry and spice. The palate was alcoholic acidic red cherry with vanilla and spice. Spice was enhanced in the finish where it spiked up, settled down, and left a nice, velvety red cherry finish. Not as complex as the 08 so far. Maybe after a year of integration it might show some of these qualities. For now it's still better than most pinot noirs that are out there for this price, and one that is easy to stock up on and can hold for 3-5 years.
