  October 28, 2018 - This has aged nicely, bright gold with a slight tinge of pale green.
  Nose of juicy yellow peach, lemon butter and lemon thyme.
  Sweet honeyed grapefruit on the palate (even though it’s very dry), marmalade on toast with melted butter, some freshly cut cedar comes out in the finish. It’s got a really nice mouth filling, oily texture and the flavours are reasonably concentrated, a firm line of acid holds everything together from start to finish, which is decently long. As much as this has developed it’s not going anywhere soon and I would imagine it could improve in the next few years as it develops and integrates further. Not quite what I was expecting!

  September 14, 2017 - This wine is ready for drinking now (Sep 2017) but should last a little longer. Hints of almond and ripe fruits in the nose, well balanced when drinking.

  March 11, 2017 - Utvecklad och komplex doft med inslag av inlagd citron, honung, tropisk frukt och våt ull. Småfet, medelfyllig, smakrik -lime, grape, honung- med bra syra och god, lång eftersmak. Drick nu och ett par år framåt.
  Närmast perfekt matchning till en pasta med varmrökt lax och dill och västerbottenspesto.

  Där gick den sista. Har inte hänt så mycket sen sist, men syran var inte lika markerad. Komplext, torrt och eget. Till en currykyckling.
