August 15, 2020 - Small & intimate Covid-era dinner (Chez moi): A pleasant Demi-sweet Pinot Gris that is quite syrupy, lightly fruity and floral and short on the finish. Enjoyable if not entirely to my taste.

March 19, 2020 - After opening a bottle (different vineyard) that defiantly had gone bad, This was a very pleasant surprise. Have been saving this for a special occasion for my wife. We decided to drink a bottle per night during the Coronavirus issues. Very subtle a semi sweet.
The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are slow. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like baker's yeast, alcohol/hot, butterscotch, cinnamon and mango. It tastes like lime, raisin, peach, mango and butterscotch. The body is medium/full. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes long.

May 13, 2018 - Sweeter than off-dry...though not by much. Floral, citrus, with pleasant hints of spice. Very good acid, and a fine pairing with Wisconsin Blue Cheese.
