Community Tasting Notes 3

September 7, 2015 - Muted nose of red and black fruit and maybe a little cherry. Palate is decent but still has some grip to it. May smooth out for my last bottle.

March 3, 2014 - Wine is decent. Not overly remarkable but an easy drinking cab. Soft fruit on the nose, wrapped up with some nice earthy aromas. Pretty firm on the palate but drinking decent right now. I think this will soften a little with time but would decant for an hour if you can.

August 16, 2013 - This is a well made wine. The nose is somewhat closed, probably due to being still pretty young. The mouthfeel is full on blackberries and cedarbox which is very tasty, with chewy but not overwhelming tannins. The finish is still young but good, with some time this will smooth out, I am excited that this is going to get really good over the next 3 to 5 years.
