October 27, 2018 - Déjà un grand fan de ce producteur, je ne suis pas déçu ici. Un gros WOW avec les huîtres fraîches Beausoleil et Lucky lime. Puissance et minéralité. Longueur en bouche, floral au nez à souhait. Un très beau moment. 93 sur 100.
