June 22, 2021 - The CT drink by 2021 is a good measure, it certainly could still be good in 3 years, but I don't think it will be better.

November 10, 2018 - My only bottle of this wine. Very nice and drinking well at this point. Fruit forward, well integrated, sweet tannin.

October 12, 2018 - Similar to previous notes I have written on this wine. Drinking window is still open. This is a delicious vintage. Sorry all of mine is gone.

June 3, 2018 - Very lush and concentrated nose of red and black fruit. Palate is smooth as silk and drinking great. Has a tad bit of sweetness which surprised me but enough complexity still to warrant the rating.

February 28, 2017 - Decanted about 30 minutes. 90% Cab but this blend was delicious. Standing alone or with food, this was nice. Big red fruit forward with hints of cola. Enjoyed this immensely.

(Tamarack Cellars Reserve Red Wine Seven Hills Vineyard Walla Walla Valley) An aromatically intriguing wine with a lot of sophistication with spice box, high toned herbal notes, and cherries. The palate is soft with seductive fruit flavors and velvety tannins. Persists on the finish. 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, and 5% Carmenere. Aged 22 months in French oak. 14.5% alcohol. 108 cases produced.
