  March 19, 2021 - Light gold colour. Nose is sweet caramel, roasted agave, cinnamon and white chocolate. Super smooth on the palate. Oily, spicy and smooth all at the same time with a sweet and spicy finish that almost feels a bit tannic. Only a slight "tequila" note on the flavour replays. Overall impression for me is cinnamon-type spice that is smooth and subtle and not in the least bit hot or harsh. This is no salt and lemon shooter. They call it ultra-premium and they are right! Probably the best tequila I've ever had!!

  August 13, 2020 - Butterscotch and vanilla notes, sweetness, everything going on is tamed very well for a pretty smooth sipper.

  May 19, 2014 - Aroma - Sweet with sweet nose of caramel, toffee and agave.
  
  Body - Medium. Not too light, not too heavy.
  
  Taste - Sweet with caramel notes. Agave flavor comes through nicely.
  
  Finish - Very smooth with little to no alcohol burn.
  
  It's a bit expensive at $80-100 a bottle, but it's well worth it if you love to sip a good tequila. It can measure up to any tequila in any class.
