March 17, 2013 - Deep ruby. Decanted for 2,5 hours. Nose full of black cherries, berries, black spice, and evident oak (less vanilla and lots of smoke). Some animal hints are also there along with dark chocolate. Palate with same aromas, full body, medium acidity, many but round tannins, and medium+ lasting. One of the best Greek Merlot, a bit overoaked for my standards.

September 1, 2012 - Possibly my favourite Palivos wine. Complex and developing nose of chocolate, black together with red fruit, vanilla and hints of dried herbs. Supple but not loose with some vegetality and good balance. Quite concentrated with fairly long finish.

March 18, 2012 - Oinorama Wine Fair 2012; 3/17/2012-3/18/2012: (tasted at oinorama) 100% Merlot, 24 months in oak and 8 months in bottle. Nice bright purple color, soft , ethereal nose, very feminine with layers of butter and ripe red cherry. The mouth is quite full with coffee, chocolate and big tannins, high acidity (messes up the balance there a bit) but with a shorter than expected afertaste. Still, a nice tasty wine
