November 6, 2015 - This bottle didn't show as much fruit as my last note implied; at the same time, no back end heat. Pleasant enough on it's own - but got better with my simple pasta puttanesca dinner. Still sipping easy after dinner with soft tannins. Very legit at this price point.

September 4, 2015 - Rich blackberries and more upfront, softer tannins on the back end, just a little heat dragging it down - but that seems to be dissipating with air time. Paired nicely with our quickie naan-based pizza margherita with fresh heirloom tomatoes; and some italian-ish chicken sausages. I don't see any reason to hold these much longer - but they should still be fine in 6 months.

November 20, 2014 - Nice, easygoing Italian table wine, and a pretty good value at $13 (hence the 88 rating). I'll buy more.

October 15, 2014 - Had a bottle and bumped up the score. It was just a touch off balance, but a really good bargain at $13. ~ (1st) From a tasting cup - This was nice. The grapes are new to me which made it even more interesting. It's a lighter-bodied wine, which is what we look for to pair with specific dishes. I'll add more notes after trying it again from a proper glass.
