April 7, 2015 - (Char w Werns) Aromatic white and citrus florals with hints savoury and malted choc. Clean, sweet, finely headed, great balance of savoury herbs, leading to a long lingering meaty finish lined with evident hop bitters. Perfect with Char's signature charsiew.

August 1, 2012 - A dark beer with 5.2% alcohol. Bouquet of cane sugar. On the palate cane sugar, molasses, yeast and a good amount of mild bitterness. Full bodied and tasty beer.
