July 29, 2008 - Jean-Michel LePecq: Nice, great class, strong mineral/white fruit, but a bit detroyed by the canteloup. Also had a dry, crisp Champagne, and a great Fleurie; BBQ sausage, bacon, cote d’agneau (very good) green beens.

Rich, balanced minerally nose, med. round bod, hint herbs, minerals, white flowers; rich, round mth, not heavy thoug; beaut. soft white peach nuances,w/wet stones in mth; almost creamy w/out sweetness; nice bal. a’s, soft round w/age, still alive; hint carmelized, honey notes.
