September 1, 2018 - Quite dark color (the bottle was leaking slightly), super clean and fresh nose full of exotic fruit, ripe red apple and slate. In the mouth, it was heavenly and very Eiswein like, super fresh acidity, absolutely weightless, lush sweetness, extremely juicy in the finish. A perfect rendition of a rather concentrated, but still light Eiswein style, heavenly combination of sweetness and crisp acidity.
