September 2, 2012 - Fresh baked bread and sea air on the nose. Crisp citrus flavors. Good weight. Lemon/lime and a nice salinity. Clean and fresh. Tasty!

August 30, 2012 - Peppery floral aromas of wheat-straw and lemon zest with hints of honey. Round and silky and bright with tropical & citrus and hints of earth and spice. Medium finish.

August 23, 2012 - Light in color with notes of zesty citrus, rocky minerals, white pepper and clove. Bright and crisp with medium weight on the palate and a moderately lingering finish. Would love this with paella.
