  August 4, 2023 - Champagne and Sonoma tasting; 8/4/2023-8/5/2023 (K&L Wine Merchant - San Francisco): Nose of gentle peach flesh (the ones with the white flesh), white flowers and soft stones.
  
  Round notes of peach flesh on palate, and gentle bitter river minerals.
  
  Another gem! Very enjoyable for what you pay for.

  April 30, 2019 - A bit austere right now. Is this a low dosage bottling? Feels like it. Not much in the way of Pinot fruit, but with pronounced yeastiness. Hints of apricot and honey lurking in the background. Good persistence on the finish but a bit coarse.

  April 29, 2019 - Masculine, with Pinot Noir edging out the Meunier as far as the primary taste driver. OK now, but I think another year in the cellar with help integrate the flavors and round off the edge.
