September 7, 2015 - Very tasty Shiraz with dusty dark red fruit.

Man I wish I’d not glugged the rest of the six-pack back when I first got this as it has aged very nicely since 2013!

March 27, 2015 - After 90 mins decant, very dark, inky purple ruby color with loads of sediment. On the nose: dark sweet berries, mulling spices, tobacco, white truffle. On the palate: very rich berries, predominantly blackberry and pomegranate, cassis, dark chocolate, stewed meats, slight vegetal character, slight earth/ mushroom, wet rock, black & green peppercorn, rosemary/oregano/chive herbs. Very rich and full bodied with great complexity, but velvety. Finish is medium-long with some acidity.

March 6, 2015 - - Garnet color with slow forming legs and aromas of fig and has flavours of dusty with a medium/full body. Satin-Like texture with a medium finish.

December 3, 2014 - Paired nicely with the thanksgiving turkey. Nice fresh, dark fruit with hints of earthiness. I'll try my last remaining bottle in five years, with the expectation that some of the more savory notes start to come forward.

July 15, 2014 - Really nice and rich given it's age. Fleshes out to blackberry pie, damp soil, cracked white pepper. Really pleasant wine to have by itself or with rustic foods like brats or grilled pizza.
