August 13, 2017 - From a friend's cellar. Last of a case he acquired from winery on release. Didn't take notes but was impressed by wine's finesse. Delicious black fruit and integrated tannins. Not an in-your-face style. Has held up well and doesn't seem to be in decline yet. The high score reflects in part how well this wine compared to a line-up of big-name, aged cabs.

October 4, 2007 - Has aged very well, still showing tight structure and tannins. Ripe fruit flavors with hints of chocolate and coffee. Excellent now and can even go a bit longer - but why wait!
