July 14, 2020 - Cherry, cedar, soft tannins.
A touch acidic, probably over aged.

May 1, 2020 - My last bottle of this amazing vintage. Sour cherry nose with earthy notes. Great balance of fruit, acidity and soft tannins with a modest length finish. This is perhaps it’s best showing. Wish I had more to see how it would fare with a few more years in the cellar. Most Burgundian of any southern Ontario Pinots I’ve ever tasted.

March 18, 2018 - Amber rim in the glass with dark cherry and earth nose. Dark cherry palate with good balanced acidity and tannins and soft mouth feel. Moderate length finish.
